I have used Abcam anti-CD63 (ab134045) in HEK293T cells for confocal immunofluorescence.

The antibody works well, you should manage to observe CD63 positive exosomes.

I recommend you to use Alexa Fluor 488 as secondary antibody.

Yes it is. But in some experiment of mine it works (more or less) in mouse cells too.
