I am trying protein expression in CHOlec cells. I previously tried stable expression in CHOlec cells which seem to be a problem for my protein of interest due to unknown reasons probably may be toxic. It would be great if someone can share a protocol for transient expression of these cells. Thanks a lot :-)

EZ Biosystems has CHO specific transfection reagents. But I think common reagent like Lipofectamine also works.
