I have a homopolymer with a number of OH groups upon the pendant group. Characterization using dynamic mechanical analysis (powder pockets) gives two Tgs. When i add water to the polymer and run the sample again, one of these peaks disappears, I believe indicating it was due to hydrogen bonding between the chains.

Has anyone observed this before, anyone know of any publications?
