Has anyone have a good protocol for isolation of lymphocytes from mouse lungs and salivary gland?

We are planinc to analise nk and T cells from mouse lungs and Salivary gland but we have problems with percoll gradient and low cell count. How long should digestion last with collagenase? What concentration and volume of Percoll should be used? What is typical cell count number. Thank yoh.
