Dear Maria,

I have never used these antibodies, but have successfully used other antibodies for endogenous LC3. The LC3-II band (one band) should be found around 16 kDa.

try to add a positive control such as rapamycin (25-50 micrograms/ml) to be sure of the LC3-II band
