Just a question: Are these model specifically developed for a pair of wetting and non-wetting phase systems or can be generalized to any immiscible systems, e.g. oil and water?

Just consider the foam as a wetting phase, oil is non-wetting phase, and substitute to formula for Pc, as derived in the papers. As relative permeability for foam, do your best guess.

I suppose, now I know how to proceed to sort out my problem. I think, a combination of pore scale (Pore network) and macro scale modeling would be beneficial. I might be able to use the output of pore scale modeling as input for the other one.

Just you may be interested in, there is an open source module in OpenFoam named multiphase porous media toolbox which you can use it for modeling porous media by considering macro scale representation of capillary pressure, specifically developed for porous media, and with an extension to ground water porous media, in isotropic and anisotropic.
