For generally non-polar extraction, LLE technique can be employed, or depending on the logp value a compound extraction can be optimized. What are the causes for gel formation during extraction after the addition of solvent? Can anyone suggest what we can use to prevent gel formation or we can we say emulsions, case is observed during extraction from human plasma, rat plasma both but for different compounds?
