This powerfull software allows you to work with hyperspectral images, in my case I use it for micro-XRF (Bruker's .BCF files). For now, to save the spectrum of each pixel as ASCII file, I must do it one by one in the "save data as text" menu. But I would like to do it automatically for the thousands of pixels of the hyperimage. I don't understand how to run instructions in the "Console Widget". (I don't want to have to run HyperSpy from Python).
