Have you tried the open access sofwares available from the website of Centre for Efficiency and Productivity Analysis (CEPA) of University of Queensland (UQ) developed by T. Coelli. These packages are very easy to use.

Try, R/R Studio. It is free and provide useful modelling flexibility especially when used together with Benchmarking, rDEA, nonparaeff, FEAR etc packages. I assist in a class (Postgraduate) which uses mostly R for our assessments

É provável que vc conheça o SIAD (http://www.uff.br/decisao/). É fácil de usar, mas eu fiz uns testes com um conjunto de dados de um artigo e obtive resultado diferente. Como o artigo não mencionou o software que usou, nem maiores detalhes, fiquei sem saber o porquê. Ainda não pude testar em outro software, mas se vc tiver maiores informações compartilhe aqui.

Obrigado pela indicação. Já uso o SIAD. São de alunos do Estelita, a Lídia e o João. Ele tem limitações de variáveis.
