The images show radiographies (image size 6x5 cm). Related cores were taken Offshore NW Spain (Iberian margin, 1600-2200 m water depths).
1.png: deformation? creeping?
2.png: dewatering?, slide?
Within the cores are no further indications/sediment structures for e.g. syndepositional processes!
Could be scratches or cleaning marks...

Are you referring to the white stripes in the front? I see some bioturbation (tube-like, light color structures) at the background.
This is about the physical sediment structures! But you are right, the sediments are bioturbated.
I would rather think about ichnofacies, bioturbation in fine´grained sediments deposited in quiet subwater/submarine environment, any Macaronichnus type ??

It would be great to make thin-sections if not yet done.
I see in the first pic right corner close to the coin-like kind of zigzag. Its not shell calcite?. Micro fractures also can be associated. If interested on thin-sections I can mange that for you in our department. Feel free to contact me : [email protected].

I would interpret the physical structures as flaser-bedding.
@ Hussein: X-Ray images are related to a contourite drift. But of course there are lot of different trace fossil on the images such as Mycellia and Phycosiphon.

Although the resolution of the images is quite poor I can see many minute winding burrows (e.g. Trichichnus), as well as helical burrows. They are probably filled with iron sulfide and part of a firmground suite (not compacted) overprinting the softground suite with a bioturbate texture.
