I recently observed the appearance of visible precipitates in unopened, sealed bottles of Megacell - high glucose. The bottles had been stored at +4 °C in the refrigerator, according to the storage recommendations.

I am attaching some photos for reference. Has anyone else experienced this issue, and do you know what might be causing it?
