I used manual method (TBARS) for measurement of MDA. but i want to know Has anyone done this assays with Liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry??
If you mean Malondialdehyde , the answer is Yes.
We include it when we do oxylipins profiling.
Q1= 70.9,
Q3 = 41.1 (first transition)
Q3: 42.3 (2nd transition)
We measure it in negative mode using Qtrap 5500.
C18 column, reverse phase.
Please look at the following below links which may help you in your analysis:

Thanks
Orwa Barakat yes I mean Malondialdehyde many thanks for your answer
Isam Eldin Hussein Elgailani Thank you but I meant something different, i meant Malondialdehyde assay because i want to know about which column phase most used in LC-MS/MS .
I am currently working on LncRNA; to know the lncRNA-protein interactions I want to do RNA pull down assay, so I need to design primers with T7 promoter. I need assistance in this regard.
