I am trying to incorporate a number of random and fixed effects into my repeatability estimations using rpt. adj from the rptR package but it is not working. Any one has suggestions?

I used the rpt.adj function recently and I spent quite a lot of time trying to make it work. I figured out that there was something wrong in the original code of the function. You might have the same problem. I found a corrected code and it solved the problem completely. I'm sending you the script. If you need further help don't hesitate to ask.
