I would guess there may be some papers on the common triggers for nausea and vomiting ( foods and smell ) and possibly a mention of a link to pre-e.

Why do you believe that could be a correlation between vomiting and preeclampsia? I don´t see the conection. Maybe in some cases with liver compromise, but in that case I would think more in fatty liver of pregnancy than a preeclampsia complication.

Please if you have an hypothesis let me know to learn something new.
