Has any scientists who studied the effect of insects as food item on the breeding passerine bird species?

currently we are working on the relationship between food supply (particularly insects) and breeding success in grey hypocolius.

It would be great for us if there is any similar study on the passeriformes species to enable us make the comparison and grow up our knowledge.
