Happy new year. The sympthom could be a fungus as Fusarium. Can you see if half of the leaves are dry? We would need a better picture of the palm tree and of the leaves if it's possible. Is the palm very close to the sea? The salty air from the sea can also dry the leaves.

The terminal parts of the leaves are drying , all leaves showed same symptoms , the palms are not close to the see and these date palms result from tissue culture.

Are these palms growing in a plot or in a pot? When did you prune the palms, before the symptoms appeared? Are there more palms with these symptoms?

You now this may not be disease because of infectious agents or pathogens but rather it may be because of insufficiency in environmental requirements such as nutrients, soil moisture content, light intensity, temperature etc.

The palms are resulting from tissue culture and cultured in the plot , they are not prune before symptoms appeared and the symptoms appeared on most palms.
