Can someone please share a pseudo code in for assembling the coefficient matrix resultingn fom a space fractional diffusion equation( space fractional heat conduction equation). From my understanding of the discrerization scheme, the matrix is not sparse and so how can one assemble such a matrix .
Secondly, what is the best way to solve the resulting equation Ax=b.

From my understanding of the discretized equation, the resulting coefficient matrix is not sparse (dense); thus my inquiry regarding the assembly of such a matrix .
Secondly, what is the best way to solve the resulting equation Ax=b. Is the Matlab command x=b/A efficient?
