hello

i wanna design a guide RNA against a gene in zebrafish and i wanna use the RGR system (ribozyme-guide-ribozyme) as in this paper http://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1111/jipb.12152/abstract however the length used for complementary was 6 nt as shown in this page http://labs.biology.ucsd.edu/zhao/CRISPR_web/5_prime_ribozyme_design.html

but in other paper the length was 10 nt

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC169970/#gng082c13.

can someone tell me what is the minimal length of complementary sequence for have efficient cleavage of hammerhead ribozyme? is it the same length for the different type of hammerhead ribozyme? such the one used in this paper http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0166093402002495

and the sequence used in this paper is CTGATGAGTCCGTGAGGACGAAACTATAGGAAAGGAATTCCTATAGTC

thanks for your help
