I think these two papers help to groundwater mapping using AHP technique. The papers name are given below. I have no video or documents but tell u something. You can carefully notice eq. 1 and eg. 2. At first, u extract the sub-feature class one by one through reclassifying tool. For example lulc map under three classes: i) agriculture ii) forest iii) wetland. You can extract agricultural class by 0, 1 that means 1 represent agriculture and 0 represent the other two class.The same procedure applies to the other two classes. After that normalized values replace the 0, 1 then merge the three sub-class. Finally, the lulc feature is ready for the overlay method by ARC GIS platform. The same procedure applies to all feature. At last, all features imported in overlay tool and assign the normalized weight from AHP. AHP calculation excel file is freely available or you can write the AHP code.
