I wish to design a planer spiral structure with growing gap.
let me know how to design in Microwave CST.
Growing rate means with the gap between the sucsassive loop increased by growing rate ie. 0.5 mm every next loop.

You can use this reference to create a analytical curve. Then use the other modeling tools to fill in a sheet, grow the thickness to a solid.
