I want to prepare Nanoparticals from the plant extracts (Family Asteraceae) so i want to know the criteria of selection for different metal Nanoparticals for my plant extracts.
In some previous literature Silver and gold Nanoparticals are stable and successful so i should follow that or not.

Synthesis and stability of NPs vary from plant to plant. Synthesis of silver and gold is easier as compared to the other NPs therefore, researchers 1st goes for it normally. You just nees to focus on what NP you are interested in.
Hi, using plant extract you can synthesis most of metal nanoparticle, using "green synthesis of nanoparticle" key word you can obtain many helpful article in this regard.
@ Syed Salman Hashmi , Sir i want to synthesize the NPs for the comparison of antimicrobial activity ( antibacterial and antifungal) of plant extract and NP. For that i think SNPs are suitable.
Now should i prepare my plant extract for NPs in water or alcohal: water in 1:1 ratio.

Yes silver NPs will be suitable as they are easier to synthesize. Aqueous pant extracts are more suitable keeping "Green Synthesis" in mind.

Sir is there any role of PH while synthesizing the SNPs it should be fix or we can vary it.
Same questions is for the size of SNPs , what should be the most appropriate size for SNPs how can we manage the size.
pH plays major role in stability of Nanoparticles however, if you achieve stable nanoparticles without having to adjust pH, no need to burden yourself with unnecesaary work.
As for size, it varies from plant to plant. If you are interested in particular size, you have to optimise different variables like AgNO3 concentration, temp, pH, ratio of plant extract and AgNO3 solution etc.

What more application can be there (In Vitro) from the Green synthesis(SNPs) except for checking/comparison of antibacterial , anti fungal and antioxidant activity with the simple plant extracts.
Apart from this, cytotoxic and phytotoxic assays, photocatalytic activities, antileishmanial activities are common. NPs are also exploited for enhancing seed germination of plants invitro and biomass accumulation and secondary metabolite enhancement in callus cultures.
Applications are diverse. It all depends on your field of expertise.

How much time SNPs is stable ? It get degrade after what time ?

Since you are using green route, include FT-IR analysis in your study as it is important for evaluation of functional groups attached to NPs. Stability of NPs varies and there is no standard time scale. Its better to use freshly prepared samples for characterization. Its advised to store SNPs in dark for long term stability.
