I would like to know which factor/factors of Green human resource top trend on current research/studies?
According to me employee participation in decision making is the important factor.
More generally, human resources have to get adapted to new modes of production, as those involved by circular economy. For example:

Thank you all for kind reply..I did a research on scopus from 2008-2019 and found 467 results on the context of (GHR) management/practices and after filtering on business and account filed I got 253 results and from this number there are 3 systematic reviews on (GHR) and they focused on employee's environmental training factor as they mentioned there are training is widely seen in the literature as a key GHRM and still a room for more future studies. for instant:
1. Stefanelli et al 2018 - systematic review - (GHR) + environmental training
2. Jabbour 2013 - literature review - (GHR) + environmental training
3. Ren et al 2017 - literature review - (GHR)
4. Renwick et al 2013 - (GHR) - A Review and Research Agenda
5. Yong et al 2019 - A systematic literature review from 2007 to 2019
I am looking for a factor/s on (GHR) management/practices which is/are currently occupies the trend in order to be focused on my Phd study.

Research has indicated that stakeholders are important in ensuring green HRM.
Government, top management in the organization, customers and competitors are the stakeholders who can influence organizayions to sfopt green HRM.
Government policies, seeing that ii provides the guideline for green HR implementation and Governmental policies are most times not stable.

3) Clima laboral: relacionada a diseño de puesto (espacios amigables con el entorno), organización del trabajo (distribución responsable de actividades para el uso y aprovechamiento de recursos), relaciones laborales (respecto por las personas)
4) Work life balance: practicas de equilibrio persona, empresa, familia.
5) Capacitación y formacióan: detección de necesidades de capacitación, priorización, ejecución, seguimiento; implementación de herramientas de formación e-learning, blended, entre otras.
6) Inclusión laboral: practicas de selección orientada a vincular personas con discapacidad, con diferencias ideológicas, diferencia de genero, entre otras.
7) Tele trabajo o trabajo desde casa: optimización de recursos para producción, disminuye el impacto ambiental, entre otros beneficios.
8) Beneficios laborales: orientado a buscar trabajo sin stres, reconocimeinto de emplados, espacios de distracción (caso google), entre otros.

(1) environmentally friendly human resource practices.
(2) capital preservation
Cognitive, and that human resources and systems are the main pillar in any business, be it.
On the financial or sustainable business front, these two elements are responsible
On planning and implementing those environmentally friendly policies, as it is without facilitating human resources
Implementing sustainable green policies will be a difficult and difficult task to implement
Mohamed, green HRM aspects are as wide ranging and varied as the topic itself. Generally, they tend to highlight a set of practices, policies, procedures and processes (e.g. reward, remuneration, promotion, recruitment, diversity management, retention etc...) adopted by both large and small firms to show how ecologically/environmentally friendly they are or how ethically they manage both human and non-human resources. Interesting.
