I'm trying to transfer graphene film with the traditional bubbeling method. My graphene is deposited on Cr + Pt substrate, I recovered sample with PMMA (using spin coater 4000 rpm and a short 3 min annealing at 150ºC), electrolysed it and fished PMMA + graphene film on Cu TEM grid. And annealed this sample in a air environment oven at 400ºC during 1h. But after the annealing I don't have someting on the grid anymore. The graphene disappeared with the PMMA. Adhesion between grid and film being very weak is not possible to use aceton, and I also tried to put another grid at the top to have this stacking : grid/PMMA+graphene/grid, to avoid that the film flows away when the pump works but I had nothing with this method too. Do you have an idea to save my graphene films ?

Clarisse Furgeaud Have you considered the catalytic oxidation (by Pt) of C to CO2? 400 C seems a high annealing temperature.
During the annealing I don't have Pt anymore. The alloy (Pt+Cr) stays on Si substrate after the electrolyse. Anyway, thank you for your answer

try to place your sample inside a Petri Dish with a cover assembly[1]:
1) a Pyrex (or Teflon) petri assembly in an Ar-atmosphere for a special oven (heating works), or
2) a cheap Plastic petri assembly for vacuum pump works (only),
leaving the (petri dish) cover ON[2].

2. Otherwise, your sample might brake ('explode'), due to a very fast sample's (internal) out-gassing process, upon such a 'fast' (shock) treatment.
Dear Ioannis Samaras , thanks a lot for your answer and your advices. Unfortunately the only hoven that I have, works with a glass cane, and this one is very small I can't put a petri.. I clamped my samples with a FIB holder to avoid that my sample fly away.
However, could you try to insert an Ar-atmosphere in your oven
AND/or
increase the temperature in many steps (very slowly) ?
I'm working on set up a Ar arrival for few days, and the temperature rate is 3ºC/min, is too fast ?
