I have seen graphene as nano sheets. It is in powder form. I want to know whether graphene is available in solid form like metals. If it is available anyone knows its melting point?
graphene is alotropic modification of carbon. Graphite ( is solid form of bonded graphene sheets). i think if you will bond together graphene sheets you will get graphete not graphene bulk solic form.
Thanks for the paper. The paper says a melting point of 4510K for graphene. They have found out it by simulation. Anybody has validated it with experiments?
Thanks for the review paper. Experimental validations confirm the melting point between 4000 and 5000K, Now my doubt is regarding the machinability of graphene.
