Hi

Was looking at the sensitivity test for calculating the non-centrality parameter given the alpha and beta and using the SD of my population sample as the Noncentral list. SD.

Having put in the data I'm now not sure what the outputs are.

Many thanks

Anna

z tests - • Generic z test

Analysis: Sensitivity: Compute noncentrality parameter

Input: Tail(s) = Two

Noncentral dist. SD σ = 157.7001

α err prob = 0.05

Power (1-β err prob) = 0.95

Output: Critical z = 1.9599640

Noncentrality parameter μ = 0
