Are there any good comprehensive review article on qubits? As in, one that gives a whole summary of all the possible platform and compare their strengths and weaknesses, like trapped ion, superconducting qubits, nuclear spin, quantum dots,etc.

Probably not. Some time ago I have started a database of all books on quantum computing. Though I should update it, you might find something there:

However, what you are looking for (very laudably) is a comprehensive "nuts and bolts" text and that probably is yet to be written. Real and realistic (and decently stable) quantum cubits are too hard a proposition to solicit enthusiastic reviews, IMHO. But one never knows.
There is a short review describing principles of operation of quantum computers and their elements.

Indeed there is a review on the topic but it is not very recent (2011). However it can be a good starting point.
