To the best of my knowledge as at now, cassava cuttings can not be stored more than say four months depending on the storage condition. i am just thinking if it is possible to store cassava cuttings for at least one year and still be viable for planting.

Which reagent is best among 'Dimethylglyoxime" and "Dithiothreitol" for spectroscopic determination of Nickel ?

What I think is Dithiothreitol. As it is water-soluble and does not form a precipitate. But, the thing is it contains sulphur which is quite hazardous to aquatic animals.
