I have a method where I have generated my cal curve from a single standard by varying the injection volume. The standard is prepared by diluting a reference material at around 10mg/mL in MeOH. The reference material has 3 components at different mass%.

Suppose component A exists at 45% in the reference material, and I dilute it at 101.2mg/10mL MeOH. When I enter my calibration standard concentration, should I enter it as 45%, or as the calculated mg/mL that results from my standard prep?

Then, once I have a calculated value, how to do I get it to report in %mass of the original sample?
