Glycogen stores and train low, train high sleep low and other formats. The difference between intra- and inter myofibrillar glycogen?
Would an athlete not empty the inter myofibrillar glycogen stores, rather than the intra myofibrillar glycogen stores during carbohydrate diets? Is there any research towards this?
Or is there a quick link with intra- and inter myofibrillar glycogen stores?
