Glyburide and losartan concentration in C57BL6 study?

I am working on C57BL6 mice for studying the kidney injury for twenty weeks with plant extract. In the study I am administering two drugs Glyburide and Losartan as positive control.Could you suggest the concentration of two drugs used for the study?

Article survey suggest various concentation. Shall I choose Glyburide 7.2mg/kg/day in 0.5% carboxy methyl cellulose and 10mg/kg/day for Losartan in saline.
