As for the challenge of Software Engineering you mentioned, let us start by reviewing its legal limits. Today’s artificial intelligence development is often too fast, and it is easy for people to be caught off guard, especially in the field of law.

Artificial intelligence or other Developers have less and less binding power, which will make technology progress without moral or legal norms, resulting in out-of-control results.

In my research, I discussed whether artificial intelligence and its representative legal persons need to be restrained or even punished.
