What methodologies are available to calculate Emission Factors for 'agriculture, forestry, and other land use' based on field campaigns of soil CO2, CH4 flux and their carbon isotopic (d13C) measurements in the chamber systems?

In addition, you could also take a look at Assessment Reports (AR) of IPCC and GPG-LULUCF 2003. These docs may give more information on national EF.
Yaroslav Bezyk , are you looking for methods to calculate the emission themselves (i.e. at the life cycle inventory level) from field measurements, or are you looking for methodologies to convert emission data into characterization factors (i.e. at the life cycle impact assessment level), using climate change metrics?
You can see in IPCC for details. Many institutes already doing same studies.
Since the literature data on site-specific emission/removal factors are so sparse I am looking for methodologies to develop/ improve country or region-specific emission factors by field CO2, CH4 flux measurements (biweekly/ monthly treatments on vegetation cover 'planted', 'clear-cut' conditions, as well as opaque and transparent chamber mode) in areas with similar environmental conditions. These GHG emission factors should account for the changes in above- and belowground carbon stocks (reported as annual budget of CO2 and CH4: using the net balance of soil GHG fluxes) as a function of land use (grassland, cropland or city park) and differentiating between variable climate conditions such as temperature regime and rainfall patterns, soil moisture and temperature, soil C and N contents...
