Getting trouble with HLA DRB1*0301 & HLA DQB1*0202 genotyping

HI , i am working on HLA typing in Celiac disease patients and getting trouble with HLA DRB1*0301 & HLA DQB1*0202 genotyping. Please suggest inhouse methods for these alleles genotyyping with PCR-SSP or ARMS PCR or PCR-RFLP
