Hi guys, I am making a phosphate from a phenol using phosphorous oxychloride and triethylamine /diisopropylamine as base. The reaction works well but I end up with the base in the proton NMR. I tried washing with dilute acid but it didn't work. Is there any other way to get rid of the base ? Thanks in advance.

if you want to get rid of all the base to obtain acid form of you product, you need to do an exchange with H-form resin.

Or you should do the hydrolysis with water only, no addition of any TEA/DIPA.
