1- How can I get permission to use copyrighted images in my books from nature group, Elsevier and AAAS journals? If we publish our books by a non-profit organization, does it need payment or not?
I want to login in "Get rights and content" page but it needs registration on copyright.com and payment.

In general, any use of copyrighted material for any purpose except for that expressly permitted by law (such as citation, criticism or polemics) is prohibited unless you get a permission from the copyright owner.
Obtaining the permission for a book to be published by a non-profit entity is a bit specific problem and standard publisher web pages are not well suited for such a requests. You might try the following
- ask the publisher by a letter (or e-mail) explaining your situation and the intended use, including the number of books to be published and the non-profit organisation to publish them. Editor in chief of the respective Journal/Book might be a good person for the first contact. Do not hesitate to follow up by phone if you have no answer in something like a week or so. Your e-mail might have ended up in the Junk or Spam mailbox. Or the thing is just not the person's highest priority.
- alternatively, you can ask directly the authors of the images, describing your intentions, the book, and the way it's going published and distributed. They might be able and willing to provide you with their author version of the image. Unlike the image appearing in the Journal/Book, the author version of the image is not covered by the publisher (e.g. Elsevier) copyright, rather the copyright owners are the authors or their institution. These people, themselves scientists, might be more likely to lend you a helping hand.
