I see here two possible directions of discussion: the hardware aspects of designing the network to be able to send data wireless underwater - which poses significant challenges by itself - and the distinct problem of writing the necessary pieces of software in order to collect the data. Please give more details in regard to your specific problem and I'll try to help you.

I am a an IT, Database, master degree student and I want to work on collecting the data from the underwater wireless sensor network and process these data. Therefore, my concern about the data and my work start after getting these data. So, if you can help me, I will b very thankful for any assistance.

Okey, so, you already have the data ? Your problem is not to collect the data from the wireless underwater sensors ? Why do you need a dataset if you collect your own data?

Okey, well, this is a hardware problem ? you don't get connection under water ? or you don't know how to connect the sensor to a processing unit ? or it is a software problem ?  

I don't have any problem and I didn't connect anything yet, I am a database man and I am looking for  a data set that represent the underwater sensor reading so as to start processing for these data set and thank you for your trying to help me, appreciated.
