Usually animal communication is not conventional, this is to say that is not learned and thus does not differ in time or among different groups. However, there are species that learn their communication systems and some species are known for having dialects. For example, bees' dances have dialects, also whales or sparrows

The dogs,horses,cats etc do communicate with their own species in a geographical location by a particular sound.Whether ,unlike human beings,  such sounds/means of communication is universal in nature and can be  understood by their counterpart friends located in other  countries  easily or whether ,like human species, it is also different in nature.

Language, like all aspects of human culture, is highly influenced and constrained by aspects of the physical world in which humans live and operate.  However, contrary to language myths such as the countless Eskimo words for snow  for the most part the natural environment does not directly affect the lexical or structural composition of languages.  Where geography does play a role is indirectly by constraining how humans come into contact with each other. In the narrative poem The Raven by Edgar Allan Poe the titular bird famously recites the word "Nevermore" throughout But man always want Have more.

Are you familiar with the Acoustic Adaptation Hypothesis (the basic idea being that species adapt their acoustic signals to optimize sound transmission in the environment they live in)?  Some quite recent work by Ian Maddieson and others sets out to show how that applies to human languages as well.  You can find some basic information about this here:

Yes; Along with Philip's paper citation, I am familiar with the quite-intelligent American mocking bird, an animal that often incorporates environmental sounds into its song-repertoire.  Having lived in many places in the US, I have noted clear differences in mocking bird songs, reflective of the presence or absence of things in the local environment. Urban mocking birds incorporate car -alarms and sirens. In rural Tennessee,  my mocking bird neighbors incorporated local whippoorwills' calls, and appeared to use those sounds to be able to feed in the same fields (whippoorwills are very skittish birds).
