I am more concern about GM cotton seeds too (BT). In our country cotton seed oil is used in almost all fast food preparations. There is no regulation that , oil made from GM Cotton seed is kept identified for consumer. Any genetic modification in the crop will change chemical fingerprinting of the plant. Either it is mustard or any other vegetable species.Modified chemicals or presence of certain chemical compounds even in ppm level may be toxic for human consumption. So my opinion is It should be thoroughly investigate for decades on various groups and races of peoples before entering in public food chains.

good or bad for whom? It appears that farmers have huge challenges with GM crops and cotton. I assume that they would not have committed in such big numbers suicide for nothing.
