Generalization of Kirsch's problem to finite plate?

Kirsch's celebrated 1898 problem gives the stress in points A and B at a circular hole in the infinite plate. For the finite plate a formula for the stress in point A is given in books. I am looking for a formula for the stress in point B. Please, see the attached pdf file for some detail. Do you know a formula and a reference?
