Both of these approaches are valid.
First, gender relations are central to understanding societies, organizations, and groups - and social issues related. Key here is that the gender relations are hierarchical - and power governs outcomes. Second, women are a valid subject - the less powerful group in gender relations.

Yes, it could be sure, dear Omar, but in my perspective I want just to analyse the situation of women from different origins, that is also correct, I mean, the gender is overlaped with other categories as nationality, class, race/ethnic origins, educational level...that would be enough to claim that the analysis is carried out from a gender perspective...

Both points are valid. Recognizing gender as a social construct and that it goes beyong women does not nullify that women are minorities given patriarchal social structures that limit equal rights for women.
In addition, there is an implicit gender binary assumption in both arguments.

However I consider that gender differentiation should not be seen as social evolution, agreeing with Bussey and Bandura when they say: "Human differentiation on the basis of gender is a fundamental phenomenon that affects
