I guess one way is to contact research centers on future studies directly and ask them for information you request.

The number of respected Future Studies organisations is limited in itself, and the ones that exist in a building have been there for half a century now. So, the idea of these buildings being futuristic (I am assuming that is what you are looking for) sounds a bit too hopeful to me. I would suggest that you look for futuristic designs, rather than organisations that study this aspect, and then contact them directly.
