As most of the open access journals charge a fee to the authors to make their work accessible. These charges are even not affordable in certain cases. Are there any options available e.g., agencies which can help us in this regard?
Check first with those who funded the research that generated the output you want to publish. When writing research proposal remember to include that item of publication cost in your budget.
I am not aware of any funder who support only publication charges??? Not sure
Besides publishing in a journal without page charges, there are several possibilities to find funds for publishing or even for open-access publishing. See., e.g., this information: https://www.springernature.com/gp/open-research/funding
There are some journals that can publish the article without charging APC you can select those. I would suggest trying some hybrid journals that have both options or diamonds open access journal that doesn't charge APC for publishing or reading the article.

First, Wolfgang R. Dick thank you so much for sharing the link to this discussion. second, Fasih Ahmed Khan I have a query I want to ask about. In Pakistan, HEC only accepts papers published in W category journals when you want to get PhD degree and all W category journals cost a fee for publication which is very high. As I am from Pakistan and cannot afford that fee so can you guide me regarding this issue?
X category journal are also acceptable for PhD publications copy of the HEC notification is attached for reference , and there variety of W category journals that publish free of cost. Just search those in your require research areas
Aroosa Zafar NO, this is not the case. All the Q1 ranked journals which do not have APC fall under the W category of HEC. The journals should not be predatory, that is the main concern. The list of HEC W journals for Pharmacy.
