I'd like to analyze the different hematopoietic cell compartments in bone marrow, spleen, lymph nodes and blood of B6/J mice (housed in IVC racks). Unfortunately, so far I could not find any information on the frequency of plasma cells in the different organs. Could you provide me percentages and maybe also total numbers (e.g. per spleen) of plasma cells to be expected? Thank you very much!
