Free/OpenSource software for spreadsheets with chemical structures?

I've been trying to look for an alternative for Chemdraw/Excel since it wont work with my Office 2016. I need to have my SDF chemical structures with the biological activities on a spreadsheet, Linux or Windows will work for me.
