Hello! I am working on a study where we are measuring executive functions in 6-7 yr old children. We would like a measure of selective attention, but I am having trouble finding a free Cancellation task. Both the Bell Cancellation Task and the WISC Cancellation are beyond our budget, but we are hoping to find something like this.

I think there are a number of options, mostly "home made" tests used by one or two research teams. Some possibilities include:
M. M. Mesulam published a symbol cancellation test (I think the original appears in a 1985 book) that has been used in a number of studies over the years; one of the authors who's used it recently must have copies even if it doesn't appear in the book. There seem to be images of the main stimuli on line, too.
Laurent-Vannier (2006) introduced a Teddy Bear Cancellation Test, loosely modeled after the Bell, for a study of lateralized inattention. See attachment, which includes an image of the measure itself, or part of it anyway.
Kristin Matier and colleagues (1994) introduced a Target Cancellation Test for children that sounds promising, if you can locate one of the authors & request a copy.
Balaram Pradham (in Bangalore) used a letter cancellation task in a study published in 2008; he reported normative data for Indian children. The article is available on Research Gate, but you'd have to contact the author for the measure itself.
