I run into a profile with RG score in the top 92.5%, but an h-inde of 5 (3 excluding self-citations). More than half of the RG score is coming from "Answers". (And the answers I had seen were not interesting, to say the least.)

This is a very non-sensical score

Is this gaming ResearchGate? Shouldn't answers count only if they get an up-vote? Shouldn't  up-voting from people with high RG score carrying more weight?
