I am going to use Fraclab toolbox to measure the fractal dimension of a dendritic structure. It is a grayscale image and first I need to convert it to a binary image. By using segmentation part, I need to add my image as an analyzed image, however, I do not know I have to add my image into toolbox? Can you let me know how I can add my image?

Let's take a look first to see what we have. I'm going to work with a cropped version of the original so that the images aren't too big for the layout of this blog.
