FOXF2 and FOXC2 Western Blots and Lysates preparation?

Hello all

I am currently working on FOX protein transcription factors, mainly FOXC2 and FOXF2.

I have been facing some inconsistencies with Western bolts so far, any recommendations for robust Antibodies would be much appreciated (looking for Human and Mouse species)

Also is RIPA extraction a suitable approach?

I have tried different Ab dilutions and different incubation conditions. Not quiet sure about the reproducibility of those TFs
