I am trying to construct a library using the CopyControl™ Fosmid Library Production Kit. However, after plating infected EPI300-T1R cells on an LB plate + 12.5 μg/mL chloramphenicol and incubating overnight, there is no any colony. Do you have any troubleshooting guides?

N.B. The DNA used in ligation is very lower than the protocol recommends?
