Dear All, Can we change the nature of armchair Graphene Nanoribbon semiconductor as a ptype or ntype by changing the size and shape of the Graphene Nanoribbons. Is it any evidence available in form of publications.

Are you talking about graphene or graphene oxide? Graphene is purely conductor because it's bandgap is zero.
However, there are reports where it is mentioned that p-type and n-type graphene can be obtained by a specific dopant. However, graphene should be multilayered in this case.

Thank you for your response.I am talking about some special shape of graphene sheet passivated with hydrogen such as Z shape graphene. For your reference i am attaching the structure.
I would simply know what will be the behavior of this structure n or p without any doping?
